Members meet on Tuesdays for a freshly cooked meal and the opportunity to meet and socialize.
Asian Elderly Project
Members meet on Saturdays for freshly cooked meals comprising of fried rice, chappati, meat curry, vegetable curry, dal, salad and sweets. Meals are also delivered to disabled members in the area. Representatives from the Primary Care Trust have given talks on diabetes, cancer, eye care, foot care and healthy eating and keeping fit.
Newington Green Black Senior Citizens
Members meet on Sundays for social activities and dominoes
The Over 50s Women’s Cultural Association
Group members meet on Saturdays for sewing activities.
